Who We Are
Sapphire Chambre B&B is a private, adults-only bed and breakfast set directly on the beachfront at Sapphire Beach on the NSW Mid North Coast. The property sits within a secure gated community, giving guests a genuine sense of seclusion without sacrificing comfort or convenience.
The name reflects the setting. The waters here shift from deep navy at dawn to brilliant sapphire blue by mid-morning, and the Solitary Islands sit just offshore, visible from the property on a clear day. We designed this place for guests who want somewhere genuinely quiet and genuinely beautiful.
Four ensuite rooms, each distinct in character, accommodate couples and solo travellers looking for a considered alternative to standard hotel stays. Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning and included for every guest. Everything else, the beach, the views, the stillness, is simply here.

The Dune Room on the ground floor is fully disability-accessible, with wide doorways, a roll-in shower, and thoughtful fittings throughout. Everyone is welcome.
On clear days the Solitary Islands Marine Park is visible from the property. World-class snorkelling and diving, right there on the horizon from your window.
Accommodation
Each room is air-conditioned and finished with its own character. All include a private ensuite, quality linen, and full access to the property and beach.
King
The signature room of the property. A king ensuite furnished in deep blues and natural timbers, with a private outlook toward the ocean. This is the room for a proper occasion.
Queen
Soft neutral tones and a spacious ensuite give the Pearl Room a beautifully calm feel. Garden access leads straight to the beach path, making every morning an easy walk to the water.
Twin
A relaxed twin ensuite for guests who prefer separate beds. Warm coastal tones and plenty of natural light keep the room feeling bright and open throughout the day.
Accessible
A ground-floor disability-accessible ensuite room designed with care. Wide doorways, a roll-in shower, and thoughtful fittings ensure every guest can enjoy the property fully and comfortably.
The Setting
The Mid North Coast of NSW is one of Australia's quieter stretches of coastline. Sapphire Beach sits between Woolgoolga to the north and Coffs Harbour to the south, offering the convenience of both towns without the noise of either.
The Solitary Islands Marine Park, a UNESCO-listed stretch of reef and open water, is directly offshore. Dolphins pass regularly. Whales move through during migration season. The beach itself is patrolled, clean, and rarely crowded.
Sapphire Chambre is set within a gated residential community, which means guests move through a secure environment from the moment they arrive. Parking is on-site and private. The only sound is the ocean.
