A small board of Australian cheeses, sliced meats, crackers, and fruit conserve.

Overnight-soaked oats with apple, coconut, and toasted almonds. Served with natural yoghurt.

Plunger coffee prepared with quality ground beans. Served with full-cream, skim, or oat milk.

A selection of black, green, herbal, and chamomile teas served with a pot and your choice of milk.

Freshly squeezed orange juice served chilled each morning.

Still and sparkling water available throughout the morning service.

Gluten-free bread and suitable items available when arranged in advance at the time of booking.

All continental and egg dishes are suitable for vegetarians. Just let us know your preference.

Oat milk, dairy-free butter, and adjusted dishes available with advance notice.
